The poking of the culet really bothered me at first too but I got used to it after a few days or a week maybe (aka I didn't even feel it anymore). Now I rarely ever take the necklace off

The cutlet on my necklace bothered me, too, the first week I wore it. But now it doesn't bother me...even if I haven't worn it for a while and then put it back on. It only bothered me the very first time I wore it.
