Idk since my portland sa said that they aren’t linked to Chanel so if you purchase a bag from another location it doesn’t impact your limit in Portland. So that’s weird!!

Good to know! It’s weird that our SAs gave us different information! I do know the shoes department is still part of nordstrom (for Portland) so purchases there are only stored in the nordstrom purchase history.

Was this recent? I contacted an SA back in September, and she said even though I have purchase history from the boutique I had to come into the system because they weren't linked at that time. Would love to shop at Nordstrom!

Does anyone know if the boutique inside Neiman Marcus in Scottsdale, AZ is leased? They are a small store and carry bags, SLG's, etc, but they don't show up as a store location for Fashion on the Chanel site, which I find odd. As far as I know, it's our only Chanel boutique in Arizona.

I am not sure if this location is leased or not, I have never seen it listed on Chanel’s website. However, there is another location at Saks at the Biltmore that is a bit larger and has more to offer. It used to be listed on the Chanel website but I just checked and it looks like they removed it. Interesting!

Of course. I just know some people are uneasy asking so I was trying to say if all else fails hopefully you can ask and they can clarify for you. Wasn’t sure if you had an SA. I’ve bought from one before so if you couldn’t, I could text her and ask.

I do, although my relationship with her is fairly new. I've been carrying Gucci and LV for 10+ years and have very established SA's with those brands, but I'm just recently delving into the Chanel world. I'm planning to head up there this weekend so I should be able to find out then. Thank you!

Drove over to the Biltmore yesterday to check out the Chanel boutique in Saks. It's probably 3-4x the size of the one in Scottsdale Neimans, and as expected, much better selection. They had a bunch of things I would have been very happy to have taken home.

Glad you were able to check it out! I haven’t bought anything at the Saks boutique, I have an amazing SA at the Neiman Marcus location. I need to make my way back out there again!
