List of non-leased boutiques

Does anyone know which stores still have non-leased boutiques? The Chanel advisor line should be able to see inventory/tell you if any stock is available in an item at any boutique owned or leased by Chanel, but for non leased boutiques you’d have to call individual stores to find stock.

Yes, it is. I got a separate Chanel receipt and NM receipt when I made a purchase back in Feb. The SA had to use 2 systems as well to input info.

Did you ever make a return at Chanel NM?
I never purchase from them before. I usually buy from Chanel South Coast Plaza but the line is crazy long.
So I went to NM to purchase but when I received the bag in the mail. It was defective. I want ti return it. Not sure if it is better to ship back or bring it to them.
Do you prefer to shop at NM or Chanel at SCP?

So l found out that all of the previous leased boutiques at Nordstrom’s have all transitioned to Chanel ownership. Portland for example is Chanel owned (RTW and bags only, not shoes) now where it wasn’t before. I was told my purchases are visible to the boutiques so my main SA at the boutiques will be able to see them But it doesn’t seem that these nordstrom stores will be able to pull stock from other boutiques at the moment. Just thought people would want to know. My SA said that the company is reviewing all data coming from reserves in all locations now. So now I really need to make sure I only ask one location for a specific item. She didn’t say that of course, but I don’t want to get banned

Hi! All of the stores are connected now so if the inventory isn’t showing up as available at any of the nordstrom locations, then I don’t think it’s available

Really! My SA says they get a notification when they ring you up. But she didn’t clarify if we have two separate limits or if my limit of one bag per month is regardless of where I buy from. Do you know?
