she claims not to workout and not diet and claims she wants to gain weight
but she can't workout bc the doctors think she has complications due to her breast implants
if that is her natural body than that is fine, she can't help it
she has to be smaller than a 00--she is 5'6 and weighs 98 pounds
she is just incredibly small boned. i mean, her limbs are like the size of my fingers! she does spin and do pilates and she has a vid on youtube doing some fitness training. the boobs def get in the way though. i WISH i wanted to GAIN weight lol
loved this post but it didn't last long...if she is serious about gaining weight and getting strong, her GhalichiGlam might have to take a backseat!

"My Goals: DAY ZERO
Tonight's post is a "before" if you will of two things I've decided to take on:
1. Exercise
2. Nutrition
I am getting all sorts of flabby and I am not happy about it. Being in Houston the past few days all I have done is eat, and eat, and eat! I'm overindulging seeing how I don't get my mom's home cooking all the time, but it made me realize I am so falling off.
Well, tonight is the night I being to change my life and love my body again. Two large areas of my life are about to change, and as I go through my journey, I'll share with you guys what's working, and what isn't.
First, exercise. I sat back and thought about when I loved my body the most. The answer to that question: when I was training with trainer Paul-Brian McReynolds. I'll never forget the first time I took his class about 4 years ago at the SportsClub LA. I almost died, literally. I immediately knew I had to have this guy train me.
After our first session together, he told me his rate. Let me just say, it's high. Then, he followed his rate with a statement I will never forget, he said "Well, do you want ivy league, or do you want community college?" First off, let me say, there is nothing wrong with community college, he in no way meant it as an insult, it was merely used as an analogy, and a quite powerful one in my opinion.
A few weeks later, I loved my body. I wanted to be naked all the time!! Lol. The past year and a half, gym exercise has been almost non-existent for me (I have had zero time with work, and began having health problems with my joints). All I do are spin classes (which are amazing cardio!) and an occasional pilates class. No weights, no plyo training, no squats, nothing! And, my body shows it. I look soft (for me anyway), and I swear I'm even starting to look a little saggy.
I'm 29, it's now or never. Paul, this is my official announcement, lets do this! Time to bring sexy back..... I'm going to start with 2 very mild sessions a week (I can't over-exert my joints), and supplement that with spin and pilates. My fitness goals: 1. Bigger, more defined lower body (butt and legs!) 2. Flatter stomach (this is unfortunately where I gain my weight) 3. Tight arms 4. No more back fat 5. Overall tightness. I weight 99lbs right now, I hope to get that number to around 105, but the increase be in muscle mass. I'll take photos and let you guys know what changes and when!
Secondly, nutrition. I eat like **** right now. For example, in addition to my 3 meals today, I had 4 fortune cookies, about 6 coconut cookies, a small bag of spicy doritos, and all of the icing off a piece of cake (I didn't like the cake). That is disgusting. How am I not 200lbs? And, I eat **** like this almost every single day! Although I make fairly healthy choices with my meal, it's what comes in-between or after that is so gross.
I can't anymore.
Starting tomorrow, I make healthier choices. That includes no sugar, as little salt as possible, no fried foods, no junk food, and no carbs with dinner. I'm calling today "Day Zero" because it's the day I've decided to change. Tomorrow, if I follow through, it will be "Day One". I will count every-single-day and take photographs every 7 days to help motivate myself.
Lastly, although I don't currently take any vitamins, I've decided to try a very random one, Pre-Natals!!! My girlfriends that have taken them swear by them. They said it helped to improve their hair, skin, and overall health. I am so far from having a baby, but I'm going to give it a shot! I'll post what kind I end up buying."
