I tried to post a new thread last night and couldn't -- for some reason I'm not authorized to start a new thread.
I wrote to the admins, hope they can sort that out soon. Anyway, here is one photo of the bag in my office...

That's a beauty!
Great haul! How do you plan on using the mini chain bag? I love its print on both sides and am trying to decide between it and the key case which has a similar print. I don't know what I would put in the mini bag (lip gloss, cough drops?) and the key case might be too small for my car key but I really really want something Tian!![]()
Gorgeous! I am so jealous!! Should you find the time, I would love some more photos of the padlock mini bag.![]()
You know I preordered the small chain bag, and figured that I would send it back because it would be useless! Pretty, but useless. No, when I got it, I had to have it, and here's why. It's exactly the size of makeup case I needed for some of my smaller bags, and have looked everywhere to find something this size that can slip in and out of a bag and not be bulky. So, of course, I kept it. The key case, I am going to use for travel, to fold bills and hold a few credit cards. It's perfect for small evening bags. The key case is more useful to some extent, but the little mini chain bag is too fun!
I'm so glad you decided to keep it cuz it IS very pretty! And you convinced me that I can make use of it too in my smaller bags. Is the chain completely detachable? From pics, it looks like only one end can come off but not the other? Thanks for your help!
Here are a few more! The bag is a bit larger than you would think, and is sturdy. It's a little wobbly trying to stand up on its own, but once filled it will. You've got to hoist the chains and the leather tag to the back side, and it will stand on its own empty. The shoulder vs. crossbody work seamelssly, and the construction is flawless! I can't imagine using the back pocket for anything really, but it's a great little pop of color.
I love it so much that I was thinking of getting it in the Blooms print, but then there is the mini Dionysus in the Blooms, any thoughts on that choice? I am going to look this weekend.![]()
You're right - only the one side comes off, which I thought would annoy me a little bit. But I actually pull it in and out of my big bag by the chain now to get lip gloss, powder, etc. out. I really don't know what they were thinking when they made this. Truly. I mean, too small to carry anything, certainly too small for a chain? I just sort of made it work for me to justify keeping it!
