I'd solder my e-ring and w-band together so they'd be one piece
So that's my first piece.
Then I'd want a Rolex, smooth bezel, MOP face with diamond markers.
Then 2 ctw diamond studs.

3. 2ct cushion cut diamond ring w/t small diamonds all around the band in platinum.
