I haven't reset my e-ring but when I was shopping around his quote was about twice whatever else was quoting at. I think he does exceptional work though so I guess you pay for what you get.

I neglected to post that some of the jewelers on 47th street go on vacation in July for a couple of weeks, so he may have been trying to meet some deadlines before the break. I'd suggest calling him toward the end of the month. Best of luck to you.
