He's with her because of her money. Guys can be golddiggers too. I have no doubt that he wouldn't have looked twice at her(let alone married her) if she was some random. My theory is that he was tired of being the breadwinner. He was a C-list actor probably struggling to get decent roles and had a wife(who didn't work) and two young kids to provide for. Of course he jumped at the opportunity to be with a famous multi millionaire. She gets a hot husband and he gets to be rich. It's a win win for them i guess.. If Leann hadn't come along, he probably would still be cheating on Brandi with hot young waitresses like that Scheana chick but he never would've left Brandi for any of them IMO. He left Brandi for Leann because she had $$$$$.

The 30-year-old singer tweeted that day about how her hubby Eddie Cibrian is prepping to celebrate her upcoming 31st birthday next week.

She has just returned from a romantic holiday in Hawaii with her husband Eddie Cibrian.
But for LeAnn Rimes, the real fun was just beginning as she prepared to celebrate her 31st birthday back in Los Angeles.
The American country and pop singer arrived at LAX Airport a day before her birthday to kick-off celebrations with friends and family on Tuesday.
The star decided to bring the Polynesian islands back with her to LA as she decided on a luau-themed birthday, with everyone dressed in bright floral patterns and garlands at Tuesday evening's party.
LeAnn and husband Eddie Cibrian, 40, were seen arriving back in Los Angeles, along with numerous suitcases, and looked eager to leave the airport to prepare for the luau.
Dressed comfortably for the flight, LeAnn wore a pair of distressed denim jeans, black wedge trainers, a white T-shirt emblazoned with the words 'Young Americans,' a grey zipper sweatshirt and a black blazer jacket.
On Monday night she wrote: 'Can't sleep! I'm like a child, so excited for my bday party today. Love having so many friends & family together. #nobuiswhippingupsushi.'
To feel special for the occasion, LeAnn also decided to pick up a new bikini by luxury swimwear desingers Acacia Swimwear.
She took to Twitter to say thank you for the bikini and wrote: 'Loving my @ACACIASWIMWEAR Hawaiian print bikini for my luau bday celebration.'
LeAnn and Eddie will soon begin shooting their six-episode VH1 series tentatively called LeAnn & Eddie.
The show, which begins this autumn, follows the pair as they juggle their careers and co-parent Cibrian's two sons.
Meanwhile, LeAnn's fourteenth studio album, Spitfire, has had disappointing sales and peaked at number 36 on the US Billboard 200.

Singer LeAnn Rimes took to the podium today to deliver a beautiful rendition of "Amazing Grace" in front of the thousands of people who descended upon Washington's National Mall to commemorate the 50 th anniversary of Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech and the March on Washington that took place half a century ago.
The songstress took to Twitter yesterday expressing how privileged she felt to be included in the momentous day's ceremonies.
"Do not know how I'm going to make it through singing Amazing Grace tmrw w/o crying," Rimes tweeted. "I'm truly honored & humbled to be a part of tmrw's event."

Rimes was among the ranks of some of the nation's most significant historical figures addressing the crowd today.
President *****, as well as former presidents Bill ******* and Jimmy Carter, members of the King family, lawmakers and civil rights leaders including Rep. John Lewis, D-Ga., who spoke at the 1963 march, are all speaking at the event hosted by television personalities Soledad O'Brien and Hill Harper.
Oprah Winfrey and actors Jamie Foxx and Forest Whitaker also made appearances, along with musical performances by BeBe Winans, Natalie Grant, Carvin Winans and Marvin Winans, Identity4Pop, Peter and Paul, and Minister Wintley Phipps.
