Reality television is about to become a become a battleground.

Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes have landed themselves their own show and no, it is not called Real Home Wreckers Of Hollywood.

The couple are coming clean about their affairs and marriage - and telling their side of the story - in VH1's LeAnn and Eddie.

In the first trailer released for the show, 31-year-old LeAnn fesses up: 'Our relationship didn't quite start off like we were planned.'

No exactly showing any remorse for the hurt they caused Eddie's wife Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville and the country singer's husband, Dean Sheremet, Eddie said they can't change the past.

'We were both married to other people when we fell in love. Was it the best way to start off? Of course not, but it happened.

'Now, who we really are is a couple who are in love. We all trying to navigate this blended family which is highly publicised.'

Whether the actor's sons, Mason and Jake, with Brandi would be part of the show has long been a source of contention between the pair and, from the trailer, it seems the boys will not be included.

Regardless, the 40-year-old star said the show will be his and his wife's chance to tell their side of their story.

'Look everyone thinks they really know how it is with us. We have been through a lot both privately and publicly, it is still very difficult but I think its made us stronger.'

Already promising tears, fights but also a lot of love, the programme may not be favourite of Eddie's former wife, with both the actor and LeAnn happy to discuss her in front of the cameras.

When asked about Brandi, Eddie, turning, up his lip, says: 'I have no idea what my ex-wife is up to now.'

WHY are they doing this? (as if I don't know) IMO if you really care about your marriage and family you won't do reality shows...why not focus on the other areas of your life? How much money do you really need? And there are other ways to get it. Disgusting.

I think they are trying to get the public to like them and justify their affair. Plus i think they are both thirsty for attention. Honestly they should both STFU about the affair. What they did was wrong. Period. It doesn't matter if things 'worked out' for them, people got hurt(Brandi, Leanns hubby, the kids, etc). I will never like either of them, not solely because of the affair but because of how they handled it. Leann 'stole' someone's husband and then proceeded to trash talk Brandi and rub their r/s in her face. Don't even get me started on Eddie. They're both trash.

Couldn't agree with you more .. and quite honestly, I think Eddie is just with her because of her $$$. If he found an even better meal-ticket, I bet his a@@ would be out of there. Hard for a 'leopard' to change their spots .. KWIM?
