I think the shirt might be Alexander Wang... I have a couple of his tees and the fabric looks the same.

I don't own this shirt, but I own a couple of other David Lerner t-shirts (the cap sleeve and the button-down), and the organic cotton they are made of is so soft and comfy! I practically live in them on the weekends. They are sized very generously, so size down if you want a closer fit.
