I saw her at her book signing last summer and asked where she got the charm. She told me that it was something she picked up while she was vacationing in Italy a few summers ago with her family. Not sure if we're going to be able to find it anywhere online, she said it was a small store/booth type thing on the streets of Italy and it's her "good luck charm" and she wears it with almost everything.
