Incu is definitely cheaper compared to the cost plus shipping direct from MG, no one overcharges on international shipping quite like them. But they are very expensive compared to other retailers overseas with free shipping. I did enquire at Incu before I got my first and found their pricing very high and they were also quite rude about no phone orders, first in best dressed and they also said "last time we had a queue for hours before we opened so you'll have to get here early" I took my business overseas and that's where it's stayed!

Received the same treatment too when I called them in mid July to enquire about the bag. I asked whether I could place a deposit or even pay full price to secure the bag as I'm in Bne and wouldn't be able to make it to the store. The lady went "no, its first in best dressed. you just have to try your luck. the last time we had the bags, there was already a queue outside the store from 7am". And so I made a pre-order with Barneys and got the regular saffiano bucket. Extremely happy with the purchase. :)
