Hi all, I've decided to pursue relationship building with an SA in Las Vegas. I have a trip coming up and was wondering which of the stores as of 2020 have the nicest SAs and perhaps best chance of scoring a B35. I have no problem buying RTW, shoes, etc. as there are many things I want, but would like to shop at a store with the best stock and friendly SAs. Thanks!
They all have friendly SAs. Crystals is currently the largest with the most stock, however Encore/Wynn is opening a new storefront by Christmas and will likely be pumped with inventory in a two level boutique from there forward. If I were starting out new, I’d go with Encore for those reasons (plus I tend to stay at resorts on that part of the strip.) Good luck.

I recommend Adam at Crystals and Mandy at Wynn location. They are both friendly. But you have to make an appointment. For now they only work 2x a week and with limited hours so I suggest as you know when you will be in Vegas call the store and make an appt. As for scoring B35s, I don't know where you are with your H journey but if you've been playing this game for awhile you will know how to score it. Goodluck and don't hesitate to ask the SA how you can obtain them.

Thank you both for responding. I went ahead and made an appointment at Crystals. Since I didn't have a prior SA there they set up my appointment with someone named Ailan, would either of you or anyone else here happen to have any experience with them? Thank you again!

Hello everyone! I’m interested in buying some items from Hermès but I don’t have a SA. I’ve been buying preloved online since I don’t live near a Hermès boutique. The closest one (many hours away) is Vegas. I see some items I want on the Hermès website but if I want to buy a new B/K/C one day, I felt I should start a relationship with a SA instead. Does anyone have a recommended SA in one of the Vegas stores? How do I get established with one if I can’t visit them in person? Maybe I should give one of the boutiques a call? Thanks in advance!

The stores are by appointment only and the team at the Bellagio rotate their schedules. If you PM me I can share your contact info with my SA. But depending on the dates you’re going, she may or may not be on schedule. The Bellagio store has a nice selection too.

I don’t believe the Vegas stores are currently shipping any items whatsoever due to a loss of faith in Fedex, even for established clients let alone their general policy of not shipping to new clients. An in person visit is likely the only way.

Thank you for your reply! Hopefully I will get to visit soon, but with all the uncertainty of COVID it is all up in the air. I look forward to seeing their selection when the time comes!

The Wynn/Encore location will see another drastic cut in hours. Sounds like they will only be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for the foreseeable future. (Not sure if they’ll bother opening for only a few hours thursday afternoons)

Thanks for the post, I’m headed to Vegas next week
