An update ! So very disappointed. Was super excited to get my bag in today (the reordered one because the first one had all the marks) and well lets just say, I should have just kept the first one. I am SO dissapointed. I know it's a white bag and all but seriously ? Do they not even check their items before shipping them out ?? The replacement bag they sent me was worse than the first one ! SO ANGRY

I'm sorry to hear that. But their employees should physically inspect bags before sent out especially white ones. For the price we pay it has to be perfect if not they should give you am additional discount for the trouble u have gone through

I am having them send yet ANOTHER bag. If this one has marks, I am sending it back and that's the end of that. Must not be meant to be lol

In fact it's still only available in some store so may be it's perfect because White color can get dirty more than any color

I ordered my Selma on ebags and it came with paper on the handles, stuffed with the paper and inside a plastic bag. It was packed like Fort Knox! I haven't read on here from others purchasing from ebags bt my experience was good...other than the full price sticker!

I just ordered the east/west specchio black Hamilton from Lord and Taylor on sale. I hope it comes new and nicely packed!

I hope the 2nd replacement they send you is perfect. Otherwise I would return it & ask for a discount on a different bag or something for all the trouble they put you through!
