Hey ladies. so I got my Medium Selma in today and was so disappointed !!! First I was angry that I had ordered a gift box, but the bag didn't come in one. Next it was obvious the bag was either a previous return or had been a floor model. I have attached pictures to show you ! Would you return !?

Bloomingdale's. I had a feeling I was going to get something like this. Placed the order when the bag went on sale, then my order was cancelled because they ran out of stock so they ordered the item for me from another store. I just checked online and the bag is in stock back to full price so I called customer service and they are shipping me another one for free. UGH

I would return. I'm that picky too when it comes to small spots

Oh and the bag was half stuffed with just paper that's usually under the mk tissue paper. And the dust bag draw string was broken. Glad they didn't give me any crap when I called to return

That's the curse with white purses, anything white for that matter. If it bothers you sweetie, I say return it. Never settle even if it's just a purse. What they did say about returning?

You should chat/call customer service and tell them the situation and see what they can do for you.

I really love the bag so I am hoping the one they are sending me won't have any issues ! The associate I spoke with was super nice and just reordered it for me

I am really picky, too. I have exchanged many purses in my day. Sometimes I am tempted to order 2 during a sale just in case one has an issue (OK, I actually have done this if its somewhere where return shipping is free or I can return to a physical store nearby)

I agree ladies. They have sent for another one so hopefully this one has no flaws. I know its a white bag and all but it should be brand new not scuffs on the feet and spots everywhere. Hope I am lucky this time around

An update ! So very disappointed. Was super excited to get my bag in today (the reordered one because the first one had all the marks) and well lets just say, I should have just kept the first one. I am SO dissapointed. I know it's a white bag and all but seriously ? Do they not even check their items before shipping them out ?? The replacement bag they sent me was worse than the first one ! SO ANGRY
