i just tried mine on and i agree...the leather smells plasticy and kinda feels like it too. i think mine are going back...i paid roughly the same price for my frye engineers which i feel are a MUCH better quality shoe though less feminine and trendy (IMHO)...

I just received my pair - found them to run half size larger then usual. I really like the weathered look of the leather!

I finally received mine from NOrdstroms. I agree with you, they are a great alternative to Uggs for me and they are comfortable. I am leaning towards keeping them but still haven't decided. I picked up 3 other pair of boots at Macys this weekend (30% off) so now I have to decide which ones stay and which ones get returned.
