I've been looking to get rhinoplasty and facial contouring surgery in Korea for the past 2 years. I've researched clinics on Purseforum, Korean websites such as Naver (I'm not Korean, I can just read the language and understand a little bit - what I don't understand, I translate with an online translator).

During the two years, I have made a list of clinics that I would personally avoid, either because of botched results or no safety regulations. This is my own personal opinion. I advise each individual to conduct their own research and see what clinics they prefer. I am in no way a professional. Just looking to help people out.

But a TV documentary MBC PD's Note made an episode (Episode 993) about the accident details and they even manage to interview on some ex-surgeons and ex-nurses who was there on the day of accident.

Secret and Faceline Plastic Surgery posted photo before and after molding on the homepage and maximized the molding effect by putting the model face on the pictures after the molding and wearing circle lenses and shooting in a professional studio. Secret plastic surgery deceived consumers by using the phrase, “holding 10,000 or more surgical know-hows” without any objective evidence. Opera Plastic Surgery, Dr. Holmes, Gangnam Peter Hospital, and Odyssey Dental Clinic have allegedly posted false posts on blogs and Internet cafés that the advertising agency actually treated at the hospital. Cinderella Plastic Surgery and Pohair Clinic have posted their introductions and recommendations on external blogs without notifying them that they have been written by hospital staff.”

Hi, anyone heard anything about ARC and 1% Plastic Surgery for facial contouring?
There is very few reviews on those clinics.
I also contacted TS Plastic Surgery and while I won’t go with them because they can’t do what I want, I had the most pleasant experience with Sarah, their consultant. She even went back and forth on the go between me and the surgeon to ask him questions I had, she’s amazing! Can’t vouch for their surgeons though since I didn’t undergo procedures with them. All I can say is that they don’t lie to you about things they don’t feel comfortable doing :)

During those 6months was no communication between myself and the clinic. the consultation was the same day as the surgery . During the consultation I said I don’t want anything done to my L-shape jawline or profile and to only smooth out the front view of the chin tip. There was nothing wrong with my jawline!

Because I absolutely loved my side profile. I don’t know if this was all just lost in translation but I even had a translator during the consultation. I went into surgery after a 6-12 minute discussion on what I don’t like about my chin with no facial marking with a marker .

After surgery I had shortness of breath and had gurgling sounds coming from my lungs for 2 weeks . Also one the nurses removed the face tape so vigorously that it took off some of my cheek skin off, so now I have this dark scab/scar on my face. When the nurse removed my mouth stitches she had tiny scissors and accidentally snipped my gum tissue. As a reflex to the pain I pulled away and she proceeded to leave the scissors in to continue removing the stitches while my mouth filled up with blood. the results It doesn’t look anything natural to my original chin shape it has the appearance of a micro triangular shape. I’m unable to properly smile or speak without my muscle and tissue falling down my neck. I expressed this issue and the doctor told me it’s just swelling and to wait for 6 months in the healing process .
I repeatedly told the doctor how this has made me so depressed with insomnia that I’m now on depression medication cause I literally stay up crying late into the night, every single day and avoid looking in mirrors and if I’m with my group of friends I’ll wear a mask when we take photos . I asked the doctor if he’s able to do reconstructive surgery or a chin implant to restore my chin to its original size. He told me no, but come to South Korea so he could inspect it. But why would I go back to the place that botched me and offers no resolution.



I love everything the surgeon didn’t touch. I felt the clinic staff are respectful and kind but Overall my experience was rushed, disregarded and I was treated like a customer and not a patient. Do not go to http://ipcheps.com he did a different procedure then what I consented to and now I’m living with the repercussions.

I didn’t agree to the surgery . Cause during the consultation the consultant with the translator told me a nurse at jewelry had lateral cantherplasty done they showed me the nurses
before and after photos . It was a dramatic change I said out loud “wow that’s crazy.” I think that the translator thought me saying CRAZY was negative and she slapped my arm laughing, But gave me a stern look.
