I'm sorry English is not my first language and reading your fist question "how do you know" is throwing me off a little. Let me tell you how I know: I see it with my eyes and the pictures show these spots. Answering your question: "do you know how it happened?" No, I don't know, I'm not an expert in this field. I just know that there are a few bubbles on the glitter. I believe these two questions are completely different

Shipping from Selfridges was super fast surprisingly! I ordered my wristlet on a Wednesday morning and it arrived mid Friday (I live in Ohio btw).

It's upsetting... I know if I take it to the store they will consider me too picky but at the same time I paid a lot of money for it. It's a beautiful bag.

Take it back and exchange it. For that amount of money it should be perfect. You are not being picky. Every other part of the bag is perfect. They can't think you mistreated it because of that. They should exchange it for you. This should not have been bubbled.
