Ahhh. I realize we are asking a lot of the canvas with this piece, I’m just hoping it doesn’t crack there are many bAgs i haven’t purchased because of issues, but I couldn’t help myself with this one! I want the epi set too, but I’m hoping for different colors. Did I read that u sold yours?

Sorry I didn’t see the questions until now! There was like glue oozing out from the part that the glazing is on.

I got a call saying they were able to “clean it off at the store” and to come pick it up. So I went and it looked exactly the same.

Now it’s being shipped out to be assessed for quality. We’ll see what happens...

I can't believe they gave this back to you. It looks like someone ground their stiletto into it. I really hope they do something for you especially since it's on the face of the pouch.
If they're going to offer the hot stamp service they should be properly training staff to do it, there is no reason I would expect to get a product back damaged like this when it's done by the company I bought it from.
