It's not so much a tiny waist but that massive fake a*s and for a lack of better word high hips which make the waist look smaller IMO.

She was tiny as a young woman and even when she inflated the behind first still fit a size 27 jeans.

I happen to be fond of some hips and booty and I still question how she can look into a mirror and love what she sees. So out of proportion.
Even when she was slimmer in her younger years she had a normal looking small waist/hourglass figure and the top half of her body was all in proportion, but her waist was never as small as it is now. Even the shape of her waist is different, it's very straight and smooth, like she's always wearing a corset but we know that can't be so because she's always showing skin, wearing cropped tops nowadays.
I just think her body shape changes in recent months look like results of more than just weight loss and it's got nothing to do with the size of her hips/a$$ :shrugs:

It's sad really because there will be lots of young women who adore her, looking at her sudden weight loss thinking they need to look this way too and will probably do all the wrong things to achieve fast results like Kim did, doing more damage than good.
I think more people would have respect for them if they spoke honestly about the work they regularly have done instead of trying to convince people that their bodies/faces change overnight from simple exercise/diet/makeup/contour.
It's their bodies and faces, if they enjoy having plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures, fine! They should just be transparent about it.
It's like they love plastic surgery/cosmetic procedures but hate to admit they do any of it, as if they are above it. It's a baffling and toxic attitude!

I'm curious, if she had rib(s) removed where would the scars be located? We've seen her in bikini photo's front and back and I don't recall any scars? Unless she photoshops those out too?

I shudder to think of all the things she's done to herself in the name of beauty for attention and fame. She's stronger than I am (or more narcissistic )

Good question! Questions I'm asking too because I definitely don't know the answers to them
Although, if I'd guess- if there are visible scars, she probably has them photoshopped out :shrugs:
You've made me curious... off to Google!

Found many different articles but this one states:
According to NYU Health, a surgeon can make an incision above the clavicle or under the arm, cut and remove the ribs, and then close the incision with sutures or surgical glue.

When it’s done for body modification reasons and there’s a strong desire to avoid scarring, this cosmetic surgery involves making small incisions on both sides of the spine, cutting the rib where it attaches to the back of the ribcage, and carefully working the removed rib out through the incisions. This method comes with a greater risk of perforating the thorax and internal organs (like a lung), which is why so many plastic surgeons don't perform it.

The bottom ribs (the 11th and 12th ribs), are commonly called the floating ribs because they don’t attach to the sternum (or breastbone) in the way that the first ribs do. When viewing an x-ray of your upper body, you can see that these bottom ribs don't attach to the front of the ribcage at all—only the back.

That makes it less risky to remove these bottom ribs than it would be to remove ribs higher up on the ribcage, so they can be safely removed by an experienced, board-certified surgeon.
:-s:sick::doh::shocked:

Also found a plastic surgeons website who says that in recovery to get the preferred results, after surgery you should wear a waist trainer or corset for 3 months after to get the best outcome. Scars wouldn't necessarily be visible.

Lawd... the things you learn

When I saw she getups she wore while pregnant, I realized she truly will suffer for a look. I would have died wearing anything constricted when I was pregnant
