This weird trend of wearing sweat pants with heels has to stop. It looks sloppy and ridiculous.
Her face looks like it's full of fresh fillers in the pics of her leaving the family favourite 'dentist'.
I still think she had a drastic procedure like rib(s) removed or something, her midriff/waist looks suspiciously small and it just looks 'off'.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen her in pants which don’t act as street-sweepers.How can you drag sweat pants? Ugh
That's exactly what I was thinking when I saw the pictures! And I think she is gaining the weight back too.
Still, she may have had some procedures done and maybe she had some swelling on her face in these pictures.
It's also a trip hazard!I wish she would tailor her pants!! Having them drag does not make her legs look longer
Also, I don't understand why she didn't get her legs lengthened, when she had her ribs removed(allegedly) and all the other procedures done!

it's pretty much impossible to change one's shape that drastically, ie., lengthening legs. It's extremely risky and complicated and I'm not even sure it's done in Western countries.
