Is it that cold in LA that she needs a puffer and all kinds of layers? Is that her way of no one (photographers) making money off of her look?
She's historically dresses for the wrong weather. I don't know how she/photogs can monetize a North Face puffy jacket.

I'm in LA and it's only been cold in the early, early mornings. It can't be that cold because look how North is dressed.
Lol I didn’t bother considering North bc I live in the northeast where it’s freezing, but also live with teens. They refuse to wear coats or dress warmly.
Lol true. But nah it hasn't been cold enough for her to wear all those layers but I've always wondered how she wears things like this without sweating up a storm.

I really wish someone would trim that wig. It's looking rough. But I don't drive a Rolls Royce, so I know nothing about *style*.
