I had a friend who had it done. And I have a health condition that mimics what it feels like to have had it.

Meals are small, eat slowly, stop before you feel full because that feeling takes a long time to go away and is very uncomfortable.

My friend would occasionally have to purge if she overate. Bread, pasta, a heavy carbs were always problematic. Sashimi and lettuce would be a better choice than a bowl of pasta.

No I think you are referring to Chaney who tattooed Ye on herself but she did score a few Birkens
I've never heard of Nix :lol:
