Nah, that's cos of the way she walks - the heels of her shoes end up turning outwards hence why they're not visible here.

We bishes discussed this a while back. All her heels end up looking like they're on the verge of snapping. A boulder of an a$$ will do that, no matter how much you paid for your shoes.

Kim Kardashian showed some impressive mom skills as she carried both her babies in heels while moving at speed.
