I agree with swanky it looks more like her old face with tragic lips. I'm guessing that she's swollen from whatever work she's most recently had done. The over sized fluffy/furry coat and her hair covering the front/sides of her face are sus. I don't think that she'd willingly gain weight unless she was pregnant.
