you can see her lips are way smaller, she does get fillers but she uses IG filters and photo apps to distort her lips. Thats why if she is caught without her lips being plump she is hiding her face. All of these pics are taken from this year

You don't notice her lips and brows? They look totally different, esp her brows. The space between her lids and brows are ridiculous and her arch on them are evil looking.

Is this to make her face look longer intend of round? I don't know but its odd and weird looking. Not sexy which is what she is trying to do.

Exactly--you can see it fairly clearly in the red lipstick shots. This poor girl. I wasn't hte most confident or well adjusted teen, but she looks like she has zero self-esteem or self-respect.

^ It's very common for teens to have self - esteem issues. The difference with Kylie is that she's in the public eye and everything gets blown out of proportion. A part of me feels kinda sorry for her. She's the youngest of her K clan, has been on TV since she was a little kid and basically lives a life she didn't consciously choose. Unlike Kourt, Kim and Khloe, who were all adults when the show started, Kendall and Kylie were kids; others made the decision for them to appear on TV and become "famous". Who knows how different their choices might be today, if they hadn't appeared on TV at such a young age...
