Yes I expect mine to have it too. I think mine is 16 yrs old! Isn’t that insane?! I got it from real real so hopefully all good. There are other ones but I think I got a good deal on this one. My first Hermes.

I don’t think yes has much slouch. Also I’m going to get a base and insert. And pillow if I keep.

Congratulations on your first Hermes bag! A great choice and one that withstands the test of time. Storing properly helps.... treat her right and she will last a very long time. Enjoy! :flowers:

I recently received an insert from divide and conquer on Etsy for my Kelly 32. Very happy with fit and materials and it doesn’t show any imprint when bag closed!!

Congratulations on your first Hermes. My first quota bag officially got from the store was also a Clemence K32, but my SA told me it was Togo when i got it and i actually just realized that it was Clemence as i was go through all my H receipts a few weeks ago.

Right now it looks like 7rp insert is going to take quite a while (>1 month) before they can ship your order. I ordered on 8/16 and it's estimated to ship on 10/2. So i went ahead and bought Maitai insert for now, which works just great.

My Blue Indigo K32 from 2015 is in Clemence. It keeps its shape well and is used quite a bit. Tiny bit of slouch but certainly not doing any back bends or any yoga poses. :lol:
