Hi all, I used my relatively new swift kelly pochette for less than 5 times and the top handle is getting a little ‘wriggly’ and no longer have the nice curve as brand new; the ends are starting to flip out a bit too. I didn’t rough handle the bag so I’m really quite disappointed.

Epsom was not available from store or resale and exotics is the other option I had. Now I’m thinking if croc or ostrich would have been a better choice for me
