Here is some comparison photos with mini Kelly, Kelly to go and Kelly 25.

Even though the bottom is 28cm but it it not that much bigger than 25cm. Also the strap is way more easier to remove than Kelly To Go. As it is less wider than K25 or mini K, it felt not as bulky.

Thank you, this is so helpful! Do you think the Elan is too big/bulky for evening? I’m trying to decide between the KP and the Elan- the elan is more versatile but the KP is perhaps more evening appropriate so I’m torn

I've been using my Kelly Elan for a bit of time now and wanted to share more information since I couldn't find much online. It was not something I had on my wishlist but my SA had suggested I try it out side-by-side with a KTG. I had originally requested a KTG but it didn't meet my needs. I'm over the moon -

Pros:
Super light and easy to carry
Large enough to fit all of my essentials without playing tetris like a CTG
Versatile from day to night, gives a nice edginess to a casual outfit
Doesn't look as wide/big in-person as compared to pictures I found online
Straps are much easier to remove as compared to the CTG and KTG, due to the snap button closure
Even with a narrow base and strap, the bag stands up easily and doesn't tip over when filled

Cons:
No feet. This doesn't bother me, but I can see it be annoying for some
If you leave the sangles unfastened, they hit each other when walking. Of course you can always tuck under the flap
Depending on my coat/jacket, the bag slides off my shoulders when I try to unfasten the purse with one hand.

And what I am able to comfortably fit into the bag without stretching / over filling
Calvi duo, compact Bearn, purse hook, car key, house keys, Airpod pro, hand cream, hair tie, lipstick. There's still some space left.

I saw a feather one in store the other day (display) it was gorgeous in an artistic way but not something you could ever use imo.

This is terrific! You can add Rouge Sellier (in Chamkila) with PHW to the list. Love this bag!!!
