TYI was on the fence about this bag for a very long time and just recently ended up purchasing the neo alma bb which is super roomy and fits everything, however the strap is a tad bit too long but I am still going to keep it and maybe send it off to s spa and have it be made adjustable or purchase a different one from Mautto, so i say keep it if you really like it because you wont be able to get it out of your mind. Neverfull and Speedy B 25 are totally different silhouettes and are both great options as well but if you like alma bb i say keep it.
Regarding the smell my speedy b 25 had a nasty chemical smell when i bought it but it went away in about a month. Good luck with your decision

Thank you so much for the input!! I know exactly what you mean about not being able to get it out of my mind- I stalked it, looked at it, thought about it before I pulled the trigger. It’s just so different than what they wear around here- I’ve never seen anyone with one!
I think it were a wee bit bigger I wouldn’t feel so on the fence
I love the Alma bb and it’s one of my favourite bags, so I’m biased but if you don’t carry a lot you might find a Neverfull or a Speedy too big.
I also don’t carry a ton and I sold my speedy because is felt too empty. I only use my Neverfull for work when I need to carry a ton.
The chemical smell will go away. I had a Félicie that smelled when I hit it and it took about a week or so for it to disappear
If you run wax paper over the zipper it will help

My vote is keep her. My Alma BB (marine vernis - yummy), is my absolute favorite bag. It's surprisingly big enough for all the essentials, and so adorable. Regarding the zipper, I actually hardly ever close mine, unless I'm in a very crowded area.

My mom has the speedy 25, alma and neverfull GM in monogram and ultimately uses the speedy 25 the most since she finds it the cutest lol! I think the alma is so gorgeous though so you can’t go wrong with that or the speedy. The neverfull GM is a bit annoying since there’s no zip and the shape gets distorted easily but if you get a bag organiser that should help but if you don’t carry much then I don’t think the neverfull will be necessary!

Wow that’s a really pretty bag and I’m having some big time round coin purse envy! I regret not buying one before they were discontinued.
I’d love to go into the store to try the others on but they never have stock-I emailed my CA to get slgs last year and he came up empty. He couldn’t believe I found them all online.
I’ve gotten pretty lucky so far w quality etc but I’m not the best online shopper- I like to see it touch it try it before I buy-except LV!!

I got the Alma BB in Epi Noir for my birthday last year. Since we're in quarantine, I only worn it a few times but I still love it. If you're contemplating exchanging it, I say just do it before the return exchange policy is over. I don't own to carry much in it. Overall, I tend to carry just my mini pochette as a wallet and catch all inside most of my bags.
