She is very pretty, but her music.... I can't stand it. To me, her voice is terrible- it really comes out when she sings live.

Gorgeous eyes and a beautifully shaped face... I always have trouble reconciling her face and the sound of her voice though - her voice has a husky grunt in it that surprises me.
