Now that relationship with Fox is just weird. It dragged on for years and no real sightings of vacations or what not. No moving in together. Maybe there were just really good friends. It wasn't going anywhere. In other words, I don't think she moved on. At least not from the trauma from cutting ties with the cult.
If she's still interested in acting she better find good agents to get her good scripts so she can get started. Acting takes practice. The more you do it the more become better at it. She's taken too long of a hiatus.
Her strength from divorcing Tom? I think it was all about her dad supporting her since he's lawyer and got her somewhat unscathed. But on her own, she isn't doing too well as an independent woman in the movie industry.

I doubt that the most successful directors when considering who to cast ask themselves "Katie Holmes or Nicole Kidman?"

Agree, she definitely isn’t getting offered much. I think she does a few plays and wears smaller designers clothes.

Apparently $400K per year til Suri was 18 but no spousal support- that’s it. She probably sold a ton of gifts she got from Tom like what Ellen Barkin did.

I don't see a scenario where she wasn't handsomely compensated to keep her mouth shut about her time with Tom. 400K a year may be what was printed, but i doubt thats it. Suri is of age now, but Katie surely signed an airtight contract.
