The ladies were joined on the red carpet by their co-star Colin Farrell and director Len Wiseman (Kate’s husband).

Total Recall is about a factory worker, Douglas Quaid (Farrell), who begins to suspect that he is a spy after visiting Rekall – a company that provides its clients with implanted fake memories of a life they would like to have led – and finds himself on the run.

Kate wore three different looks throughout the day – she changed into a different dress for the after-party and also wore a bright colored outfit earlier in the day while appearing on a talk show.

FYI: Jessica is wearing a Zac Posen dress, Fendi bag, and Blahnik shoes. Kate is wearing a Donna Karan gown, Judith Leiber clutch, Jimmy Choo shoes, and Graziela jewelry. Earlier in the day she wore a Diane Von Furstenberg top and skirt, Louboutin heels, and Melinda Maria earrings.
