Agree. But I wouldn't say this about the Hadid sisters though. Gigi is drop dead gorgeous, and Bella is very stylish and chic, and does incredible runway walk.

Very true. Getting your foot in the door is often the hardest part though.
Yolanda was a run of the mill model, Cindy was a supermodel. So, It is harder for Kaia to measure up, imo.
Kaia has been doing some acting, she picked her roles well but she is super shallow. Maybe with some lessons, she will improve?
Her brother is a hot mess. I don’t understand why parents keep pushing their spawns into modeling. It is not for everybody and if you have any issues, it will multiply real quick.
It is not like they can’t afford to send their kids to get an education and give them a chance to mature in peace.
I agree with you on the modeling career, it really isn't for everyone. It's not for MOST ppl actually. The Hadid sisters at least have the perfect bodies.
But I think Cindy only knows modeling and I suppose her kids aren't the brightest bulbs in the classroom so a complete education is out of the question. If they did well, I think she will let them blossom in academics then pursue whatever they career paths they choose.
It's kind of sad if you think about it. Here she is achieving everything, she even went to University of Chicago, I believe. But celebrity children are notorious for not doing well in schools. Don't ask me why.
I think Kaia is a beautiful girl, and did a good job in her role. I know it's natural to compare her to her mother, but I'm not comparing them, 2 different people in 2 very different times!

Yo posed in swimsuits - that was her thing. Very basic. She didn't walk the runways and had no endorsements. She also had a mean face, not a blank, haughty, bored look like many others models, just an angry and annoyed look on her face. Great - turn the page quickly so I don't have to see that. Not that she was in many magazines, if any?
Cindy had that something so special and came at a time when a healthier look was gaining popularity. Vogue called her curvy, by that meaning her bones weren't sticking out I guess.
Kaia is stunning but yeah, she just doesn't have that certain something that Cindy had - sex appeal maybe?
