Hi ladies. For those of you with the juc...how difficult is it to take it off by yourself? My SA seem to have to use a fair amount of force to take it off. He mentioned that Cartier will be coming out with a new juc with a different locking mechanism...which would make it much easier to take off. He said it's already out but they haven't received it. I went back to the store recently and another SA was there. When asked about this new juc, he said he has no idea when it would be out. So now I'm not sure whether I should wait for the new juc or just purchase the current one. Does anyone have any info on this? Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

Here's a pic of the diamond juc that I tried on with my love at the Cartier boutique. [emoji173]️IMG_1477033975.491856.jpg

Are they both the same size?

I always help my wife with hers, and I've found that after a couple years the latch has loosened up and is MUCH easier now. Still very secure though. She prefers the nail head toward her since its engraved with our last name initial in a heart!

Did Cartier do the engraving for her?

They both look gorgeous on you! I read somewhere on here that they are selling the JUC's with new closing mechanisms only as stores sell out of the old style. I have the JUC in white gold and once you get used to taking it on and off it's not hard. I've had mine about 10 months, and I agree that it gets easier ... maybe just because I'm used to it and not afraid of breaking it or something any more!

My SA told me the same thing...that the new juc is out right now but waiting for stores to sell out of the old one. But then another SA at the same boutique told me it's not out yet so now I'm not sure. I tried the old and new juc at the boutique and the new was soooo much easier [emoji4].
