Going thru airport security is hit or miss - depends on which airport and which type of machine is in use

I wear JUC/Loves/Rolex through security and never take them off, just request the X-ray. Too many people and too much going on in security to remove my valuable jewelry.

Resurrecting this thread as a PSA.

I bought a JUC in April 2021 (so 4 years ago). I wear it daily but take it off nightly as I thought that would be better than sleeping in it.

The hinge became so loose from all of this that it was in bad shape despite the exterior of the bracelet looking new. I had to ship it to Cartier and they are replacing the hinge. Long story short, I have gathered that if you plan to wear it daily, just keep it on (don’t take it off to shower and sleep). Does more harm than good

Thanks for sharing. I will try wearing it to sleep cause I haven’t yet. Purchased my JUC 5 months ago and I’ve been taking it on and off. I only wear it on my days off and I take off all my jewelry pieces as soon as I get home.

(I am curious because my regular love and clash bracelets have been sturdy and I wear both 24/7)😬

In a few days, I am going to the Cartier store to look/try it on and possibly make a purchase 😉

I wear my regular diamond JUC 24/7.

I’ve had it for about 4 years and it’s my favorite piece of jewelry. It took me about a week to get comfortable sleeping in it. Now I barely notice it’s on. I added a regular sized Love bracelet about 2 years ago.

I’m hoping to get a regular JUC bracelet (preferably with diamonds), but I’m high risk for Covid and don’t live anywhere near a Cartier so I won’t be able to try one on anytime soon.

For those of you who have one, are they comfortable? Does the nail head dig in? If you have diamonds on the nailhead, do they dig in? Do you take it off to sleep? I would need to take mine off frequently to lift (I wrap my wrists), so hopefully that would not be harmful to the mechanism.

Advice/experiences welcome!

My MIL has worn a regular juc with diamonds for as long as I could remember. She never takes it off and it looks fantastic!
