O nooo what happened?I recently fell victim to this seller and reported them to FTC. UGH!
DO NOT BUY FROM JUSTBAG UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! I made this account just to warn people they are a SCAM!!! They posted photos of a different bag than the one they sent me and mine was FAKE. The bag in the photo looked new. The leather on mine was cracked and dark and there were dirt marks on it. ALSO there was a shoulder pad that is supposed to be adjustable and mine was GLUED ON!!! And they refuse to give me a refund.. I am currently in the process of trying to get my money back but they are accusing me of gluing on the strap?? Why the hell would I do that. This company is extremely shady and evil. If this case does not resolve amicably I will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional and untrustworthy JUSTBAG is!!!Has anyone purchased anything from JustBag.net? I've found they are a "boutique" out of Florida, but the address in Google Maps shows an apartment complex. This could be just someone running their business out of their home, but I've also discovered some other strange things. When I searched for reviews online, I found 2 other websites with the exact photos of the bag I am looking at, $1000 less than what it is listed for on JustBag.net and Poshmark (under JustBag's account) and they are both listed as sold. I found a bunch of reviews on Trust Pilot, but they are all by people (mostly men) with middle eastern names and the reviews are vague. They have 95k listings on Poshmark, but only 32 "love notes" which are all positive. Just hoping someone on here has had experience with them to ease my mind. I realize if I purchase through Poshmark, the bag will be authenticated prior to being sent to me, but I'm more concerned about the condition. The pics look great, but seeing the exact same pics on other pages for items marked sold is concerning. I may get an authentic bag, but one not in the condition the photos suggest.
I contacted this seller through their website and was texting back and forth to negotiate a price. Once we agreed I sent them funds via Zelle for a bag. After I paid, I never received confirmation or shipping details. After multiple follow-ups they wrote me back saying they never received the funds and requested more money. I threatened to fight back and funny enough, days later, they contacted me to apologize for the mixup and sent back my money…O nooo what happened?
You'll start getting private messages from them soon threatening to sue you. That's what they did to me. Is there any way we can get Poshmark to remove them? I've reported their listings repeatedly and they are still everywhere on there.DO NOT BUY FROM JUSTBAG UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! I made this account just to warn people they are a SCAM!!! Getting Poshmark to remove one counterfeit item is impossible, let alone a fraudulent seller. Let alone a seller that seemingly has thousands of listings and is generating sales/traffic to Posh. Their customer service is a joke. You'll start getting private messages from them soon threatening to sue you. That's what they did to me. Is there any way we can get Poshmark to remove them? That's infuriating! Justbag has blocked me so I can't even comment on their posts warning people.Getting Poshmark to remove one counterfeit item is impossible, let alone a fraudulent seller. I have attempted to report them to Poshmark to get them to investigate but no luck. They have even more bags listed than when I started this thread.I know this thread has slowed down but I appreciate the information and warnings I learned here. I was wondering why this seller has taken over all the selling platforms, constantly on vacation, and their prices are WAY over retail. Out of curiosity I went to their website but Im confused as to what is driving ppl to purchase from them? As far as I can see it's not low prices that are attracting people. Are they offering some payment terms that people without good credit are able to use or something? Literally all of their listings are well over retail for bags that are currently in stock on the original brand's websites? what am I missing here?
Posh won't remove the small sellers, so they absolutely won't go after the bigger ones.I have attempted to report them to Poshmark to get them to investigate but no luck. They have even more bags listed than when I started this thread.
