Justbag.net Reviews?

Has anyone purchased anything from JustBag.net? I've found they are a "boutique" out of Florida, but the address in Google Maps shows an apartment complex. This could be just someone running their business out of their home, but I've also discovered some other strange things. When I searched for reviews online, I found 2 other websites with the exact photos of the bag I am looking at, $1000 less than what it is listed for on JustBag.net and Poshmark (under JustBag's account) and they are both listed as sold. I found a bunch of reviews on Trust Pilot, but they are all by people (mostly men) with middle eastern names and the reviews are vague. They have 95k listings on Poshmark, but only 32 "love notes" which are all positive. Just hoping someone on here has had experience with them to ease my mind. I realize if I purchase through Poshmark, the bag will be authenticated prior to being sent to me, but I'm more concerned about the condition. The pics look great, but seeing the exact same pics on other pages for items marked sold is concerning. I may get an authentic bag, but one not in the condition the photos suggest.

Agree, I have learned to trust my intuition and there's likely a reason your gut telling you something seems fishy. Btw, I am in Florida and do tons of online shopping and have never heard of this "store". I would look for bag elsewhere, even if it costs a little more, it's worth it from a reliable seller.

I think I'm going to pass on it. I'm just not getting a warm fuzzy about it at all. The part that sucks is I've never seen this bag in this color before and I LOVE IT. The only other place I have seen it is on the other pages I mentioned where it had sold, and is the exact same photos as this site. If anyone happens to find it elsewhere before I do, please let me know! Appreciate your input/advice.

I tried to find online elsewhere and only place I see the Rajah tote in the burgundy python is Grailed - by same seller. I don't think it's unusual for seller/ individual to try to sell bags on multiple sites. I read the comments on Posh listing and they claim authenticity certificate and excellent condition but were leary to add extra photos that were requested. They may be legit....if you really want the bag maybe just purchase on a credit card that you could always dispute charge if item not as described.

ETA: They say they have their photos professionally taken but I do see that they appear the same as an older listing on my gemma that was sold so I understand your concern. At any rate, I have never had an issue disputing a credit card charge but if not worth the risk/hassle, maybe just consider another color or wait until another one of these comes along.

Oh I 100% agree on sellers posting across multiple platforms. I think they have it posted on their site, Poshmark, Grailed, and one other that I can't recall at the moment. With varying prices due to varying fees associated with each platform. It was the identical photos on other sites with sold listings that was bothering me. I actually found a third site this morning with the same photos. I sent them a message in a bundle on Poshmark this morning explaining my hesitation since they wouldn't produce additional photos as requested. We'll see what they come back with in response. If they go radio silent, I'll know without a shadow of a doubt something isn't kosher in Pickleville.

Well I asked a few more questions and was very polite and understanding. Not even remotely accusatory and it was all on the bundle so nobody could see the conversation but us.....and they blocked me. So I guess that answers whether or not they are scammers. This is why you trust your gut.
Wow, I'm tempted to inquire just to see what they say. Lol

💯 regarding going with your gut.

I just looked at it and she has 95,000 listings of designer handbags and 32 love notes and on poshmark since 2021so its prob legit EXCEPT for them blocking you - that's lame and a huge red flag!

The plot thickens.....

A friend of mine that is a hardcore internet sleuth and cannot let mysteries go went to the justbag.net website directly and chose the "Chat Now for Discount" option which let her text the site directly. As you can see in the screen shots, she got a quick reply and a code to get 15% off this Gucci Rajah Python bag. She then asked what form of shipment they use. The next text she gets is a link to a different bag. Lo and behold the Python bag is actually out of stock on Vestiaire Collective, which she never mentioned to this person. I didn't even bother with Vestiaire due to the horrible reviews online, but I went to check out the listing and it's listed under JustBag as the seller, and says they are on vacation? This just keeps getting more weird. The only other listing on Vestiaire for this bag is located in Spain and also on vacation.

To their credit, they tried to sell her other bags, other colors and even increased the discount. She finally had to shut them down because they kept sending links.

All this happened last night and this morning out of curiosity I checked Poshmark and they still have the bag listed as available. This is making me lean towards my theory that they don't actually HAVE the bags they list on hand, they are listing them as if they do, then buying from another site cheaper and shipping to the buyer. I believe there was another thread about this "drop shipping" tactic.

Throughout this bag drama, I learned a few new things. One of which is Poshmark doesn't show anything other than 5 star reviews when you look at a seller's page. Here I thought I was getting lucky finding all these 5 star sellers! With JustBag having 90k+ listings and 32 love notes, I'm VERY curious what their reviews would look like if Poshmark didn't filter them. Why does Poshmark do this? It's great for the seller, but deceptive for the buyer.

So it would appear my quest for this bag is over. I'm not super hopeful I'll ever find it again. If not for an old Gucci ad that featured it, I'd seriously wonder if Gucci ever actually produced it! LOL

Edit to add - I just checked the 2 messages on Vestiaire (I'm not even sure how/when I signed up LOL) and JustBag lowered the price for the bag to the amount the 15% discount came to last night when my friend was texting them. 🤔 Vestiaire Collective.png1.jpg2.jpg3.jpg4.jpg5.jpg6.jpg7.jpg8.jpg9.jpg10.jpg11.jpg

Very shady sounding in my opinion. The real lesson here is always go with your gut!

Don't give up....I recently purchased my holy grail bag I thought I would NEVER find bc I have never seen one available on resale market at all ams one day one year popped up. I also have a bag that took me 10 years to track down and is what brought me to tpf in the first place. Have faith!
