I somehow found some contact information for the apparent agency of the costume designer, Deborah Scott, but it turned out to not be her agency at all, and the guy on the phone didn't have any information about who actually represents her (and I don't have an imdb pro subscription) so.... dead end

I searched this a while ago (I loved ALL of her stunning coats in Get Smart) and I found it to be a couple of season old and I believe its by Rick Owens. I hope this helps

I actually found it online around the time the film came out - I cannot remember where I saw it now but it definitely showed as Ricky Owens! If I find the website again I'll post it on here
