Are the stores open to public? Particularly in Beverly Hills? Or is now mandatory to call and make a In store appointment? I just need a repair assessment.

I’m just frazzled to call directly from the store and to be told to call regular call center for appointment. Seem so unnecessary. :confused1::confused1::confused1:

We’re in the same state, I assume they may be open. I’ve already gone to two LV stores near me and they’re open for walk-ins here in the Bay Area... hopefully that holds true to the stores there in Beverly Hills. Good luck!

They should be open, you just might need to wait in line because they only allow so many in at a time.
I just booked an appointment. I personally hate to wait in line. Which has deter me to shop in person. Only to shop for essentials. But oh man, my mom wallet needs to see a repair.
Who knows, I might do a surprise for my mom.

The stores are open. I went to BH last month and the wait was over 1.5 hours, more if you needed to shop. For repairs you can email pics to the address on the website. They will give you an assessment. I had an item that was peeling, online they said I could get store credit and I went to the store and got it. In store at first they were like oh we aren't taking repairs and blah, blah. I told them I already had an email from CS saying my item was defective and to provide a store credit. I still had to wait outside for 1.5 hours just to get it. But I did go on the weekend, it's probably slower during the week. If they are still accepting appointments you might consider making one.

Hi, sorry but do you by any chance know how long it took for you to get an assessment back? I emailed back my assessment for my peeling glaze on my Alma Bb last week and I was wondering how long they take to get back to you. I was about to call Louis Vuitton directly today and ask them, but I feel like I should be more patient haha. Thanks!

Not the person you asked, but I was told by LV a couple days ago that emails are taking 1-2 weeks to respond to right now. You can call and ask to make sure they at least received it.

Stores are not accepting repair assessments right now. You can email them photos + provide a description of the problem. The email is listed on their website.

I waited two full weeks and no reply. I followed up a day after I reached two weeks, told them I would like a store credit because I did not believe the item was repairable and I received a reply the next day, they agreed and said I would get store credit. When I took the item to the store the credit was more than I paid, due to price increases I assume. HTH.

I waited a week and no reply, then I emailed again and they replied in 12 hours. I feel like it's all over the place. They never contacted me saying they received my wallet (the letter said they would) and they didn't contact me when they sent it back. Super odd, I only assume it was like that because the pandemic but still you'd think they would let you know. Lol.

I completely understand. I am still at the virtual assessment stage so I want to get to the next stage as soon as possible. I understand with everything going on it’s hard, but these items are expensive so I wish just a little bit better customer service. I just sent over another email on top of the last email I sent so I hope they answer soon but I might have to give them a call. :-s
