Oh my goodness! This sucks! Luckily they said they were fixing it or replacing it. I'm worried it'll happen again though! I love the colour and the bag. It's so strange that my other Hamilton's weren't like this and they're wonderful!

They told me they were either going to fix the small holes caused by the bag sitting on the shelf or replace it. So, I'd like to hear what they're going to do. I hate being out of the loop!

oh ok, yeah I would want to know as well, your bag looks exactly like mine did! I eventually sold mine because that indentation was annoying. If i ever get another Hamilton it will have to saffiano leather

Yeah! I remember you saying that. Yes! My next is Saffiano! I love it. It's rigid and keeps it's shape.
