I don't know what's going on :shrugs: I know sometimes you here web sites crash but I don't know what it looks like when they do. You would think the site wouldn't come up rather than the site coming up but no info.:confused1: I'm going to try again myself.

I bet BV took the pages off the server. They must really not want anyone shopping the online sale right now.

Thanks ladies,you are so sweet. Long story short -

I went there first day of sale. They said they couldn't find it because the presale merchandise was all packed inside the stock room. However they offered to ship it to me w/o charge. So I kept waiting.

I never got a call from the SA - so I went to the store today to find out what happened. He mentioned to me that they tried to locate the bag elsewhere and they were all sold out unfortunately.

He spoke with the regional director (whom I also met during pre-sale) about the situation and she offered me 50% off of either the medium or large veneta in ebano.

So instead of getting no bag, I took advantage of it and walked home with the large ebano veneta.

Guess the medium intaglio is not meant to be for me - the SA said this is a better deal indeed to get the large ebano veneta at the price I am paying as they never go on sale. True?

Sad on the other hand because I was expecting the intagli veneta.

Ladies, am I better off? Thoughts please....

I don't know if better off? Certainly they did the best they could to rectify a mistake which is nice and you got a great deal on a beautiful bag, so it sounds like you're in the best place you could be given the circumstances. I'm sure you will love this bag! :D Congrats :yahoo:

Thanks, honestly I am quite pleased with their customer service. I was not expecting anything from them. I could have walked out with nothing (my DH would love that). Indeed, they tried their best to make their customer happy.

Thanks! hmm.. that gets me thinking - do they usually offer to their customer if mistake like this was made? I do enjoy touching the bag, very soft and love the signature color! Now I regret of getting the cabat in black.

Hi all,

I've been following this forum for a while now and learning lots. I've been dreaming of owning a Veneta for ages now but kept putting it off due to the cost :( So glad I found out about this sale from you all.. I finally made my first Veneta purchase, a medium orange Veneta that I ordered from Bryan YAAAY!!! Thanks to all you ladies who recommended him! Am really looking forward to my package.
