Anyone know why they don't giving out the tracking number ? Cuz I'm planning to go out of town this weekend & not sure when the package comes since I picked the ground shipping. And the second thing is my credit not get charged yet but the manager told me that she shipped it out already (

She told me she charged it yesterday, but I'm keeping check my CC 3 times but not show up anything ( And she said it was shipped out today but my CC still not get charged, I used AMEX . Just wonder, Did she charge it someone else CC and when I called she thought that's mine ???

Have you called Amex, or are you checking online? My charge did not show up online for 48 hrs, but when I called Amex, they were able to tell me it had been approved!

Another designer I've ordered from won't give out tracking numbers over the phone or e-mail because someone could use it to have UPS deliver the package to a different address.

yup I was told by our fav hawaiian SA that they don't give out tracking numbers for security purposes

Bluemoon, thanks for recommending Samantha. I got in touch with her to locate a different BV style and she responded to all my e-mails so quickly it was like doing a live chat! I talked with her today and finalized an order and she was super nice and helpful!

randomly, i got an automated call today from UPS about my package delivery. it had an option to find out the tracking number but by the time i could get a pen and press it, it already hung up on me.

I got a call too, wrote the number down, but when I try to track it, it says to try back later. weird! I just want my package! I'm so impatient! LOL!

I also got such a call today, but my tracking number is showing in the system. On schedule for delivery tomorrow! I guess I'll have to work from home tomorrow so that I can sign for it.
