Received my 05 F/W grey City today from TRR
Despite their way off rating/description (EXCELLENT with no visible wear –), I’m happy with it
I did reach out to them to raise the issue that this bag is in no means excellent & its obvious wear is VERY visible & they gave me a $50 credit, so it made up for it. Its weird that despite the heavy wear to the exterior, the inside is immaculate (the orig owner must have consistently work it on the shoulder cuz I don’t think I’ve ever seen a shoulder pad as thinned down as this one is!)
This is a color I’ve always wanted — finding my old thread about it while researching this color sealed the deal & convinced me I needed to have it

I had noticed the small hole at the corner & that the handles were a little darker, but when I got it, it had so much more wear than could be seen in their photos (& that they went to great lengths to hide). After my last purchase — which turned out to be a fake Tom Ford — I had no intention of letting them skate on a “no visible wear” description. You’d honestly have to be blind not to notice the wear!

This bag’s an old soul. I love it. 05 is a great shade of grey. One of my favorites from that year. Glad you finally got it!

This beauty is a perfect example of the leather that drew so many of us to the original motorcycle bags! Just gorgeous!
My first Bal outside of CeeJay's collection arrived today. A beautiful Chocolate Day. I added the Grogu charm as the little guy had proved to be too large for my Cities. Silky smooth leather with just enough wear to take away the too-new-to-use feeling. Love, love, love the shade of brown. The last two shots are closest to the color that I see.
