Thanks! And I know, I did have the same conflict... though it's weird... both were bought form resellers, and consignors typically have to agree/sign off on sale prices, right?! My thought was that maybe whoever initially spent $$$$ on the bags maybe just didn't care that much (x) years later.Wow, what an amazing score!
Yes, I think that's what it was... I recently purchased a Prada Fairy bag for a steal. It's an older model, in a somewhat beat-up condition - the owner had clearly used it and enjoyed it properly. She then decided to clear out her wardrobe and priced the Fairy and other vintages really low because, I suppose, that's how much value they had to her.

When I lived in Washington DC, there was a consignment/reseller who was situated very close to the Canal and that was absolutely my FAVORITE spot to shop when I lived there. It was pretty obvious that the very rich folks would just drop stuff off and didn't seem to care about the pricing because I got some mega-steals back in the day (mostly clothing - but high-end designer duds)!! I got to become friends with the owner such that she would give me a ring about something new coming in; some of the items even still had the stinkin' price tags on them! Ahhhhhh .. the gold 'ole days!

i haven't used it yet AT ALL, i just got it for the future travels (fingers crossed soon!)
it's roomy, can accommodate 2 passports, a card case, maybe even a slim phone?... if you need exact details i'll pull out mine tomorrow and take a few shots for you

That’s what I was thinking it could be used for too...as a strolling around all day in a new city bag! I hope that can happen again next year, I miss it! The description says only 1 inch deep but it seems more than that in the pictures. No need to get it out, I’m going to search for other listings and see what they have for the depth. Thanks for the info!
