hey pursegirl, just saw the notification about your quoting my post. The glue I have used is by Alene's and it is the glass and bead formula. There are a lot of brands that make glass and bead glue and I have used others too, as long as it says glass and bead you will be fine and not have to worry about discoloration. Michael's craft stores have a big selection in their glue section, I'm sure other craft stores do as well. Hope this helps.
Hi, I see the post is a little old, but I am thinking of buying a used Judith Leiber crystal bag, the beige cat with blue eyes. There are some missing crystals...and I was thinking of repairing it myself. But, when I read about the bags at Judith Leiber online I noticed that they only use Austrian Crystals....where can I purchase these? I don't think I would use glass beds from a local hobby-store on such an expencive bag.
What do you think? (I live in Norway, so it would be a little difficult for me to send the bag to Judith Leiber for repair)
Thank's![]()
You can buy Swarovski crystals online (below are just 2 examples) Just make sure you know which size and colours you need exactly.

This website: [email protected] will do repairs. I have read the reviews and they sound very promising (am sending my Judith Leiber to them) Have read/heard the the 'Judith Leiber' site is expensive and doesn't return inquires. So I think this might be worth a try.I have several judith leiber handbags and pill boxes. Some of the stones have fallen off. The repair from judith leiber is expensive. Has anyone ever done their own repair? It doesn't look too difficult if you get the right size crystal
