I have the RG JUC without diamonds simply because I had to draw the line somewhere. Obsessed with the diamond JUC, so if it is in within your budget/tolerance… DIAMONDS!

On the tag question, I just asked my SA for the tag and she put it in with the certificate. So nice!

Hi! This is my first time posting, and I'm hoping someone can give me some advice since it's been 2 years since the last post here.

I'm debating btw the WG classic JUC bracelet- plain or with diamonds. The price difference is pretty big! I have a WG classic love bracelet w/ 4 diamonds and a WG classic JUC ring w/ diamonds. Here are the pros/cons:

Plain-
  • Less matchy-matchy w/ JUC ring
  • Better for every day
  • No diamonds=less likely to be robbed
  • Cheaper and can get another ring- like the 3 diamond classic Love!

Diamonds-
  • Matchy-matchy w/ JUC ring
  • Not as good for every day
  • Flashy
  • More $$$
Am I just trying to convince myself to spend less or will I regret not getting the diamond version?

I know that plain will probably have more scratches on the nail head and is more industrial looking, but isn’t that the point to this style?

Many feel WG needs diamonds bc it looks too much like silver. All of my jewelry is white toned bc it’s less flashy to me. If I were into rose or yellow gold, I would do the plain bc they look so rich in those colors. Is white different in that respect? I know the white is more industrial-looking w/o diamonds, but wasn’t that the intent of the design?

I am contemplating this same question! I’m trying to decide between the JUC YG classic size with diamonds or without and am also worried that if I don’t get the one with diamonds I will regret it in the long run with price increases and all. I think I am leaning towards with diamonds as in the long run I think it will be the better investment xx

I talked myself into buying the juc without diamonds (not worth the price, diamonds are so small, etc), walked out the store, wore it for one hour and immediately regretted it. I went back the same day and exchanged it and have been so happy wearing my bracelet for three years now. I think if I kept the one without diamonds, it wouldn’t bring me nearly as much joy and I’m not sure I would wear it as often as I do. In the long run, the diamonds are worth it to me just for cost per wear.

That is exactly what I’m afraid of! I think long term, my heart will flutter more with the diamonds esp in WG, which has a more utilitarian feel compared to the others, so diamonds make it more feminine and protect the sides of the nailhead. Is it too matchy-matchy with my juc ring with diamonds?

Not imo, I wear a small YG JUC with diamonds and a pave WG double wrap JUC ring.

I thought I was dead set on getting the one with diamonds but when I tried them both on I actually ended up liking the one without more for everyday so got that one. I’ll get the one with diamonds too though eventually  the JUC is my favorite Cartier bracelet!
It's amazing how a simple nail has become so iconic and coveted by so many. This obsession is certainly an expensive one! I thought getting my JUC ring w/ diamonds would put my desire for a bracelet to rest, but instead it fueled it even more! ugh! It's one of my favorite rings tho!!!
