You made a great choice.Not the best photo but here she is my first LV bagI’m such an indecisive person already so trying to choose between this or the black/pink + monogram NeoNoe was sooo hard. This was the original one I loved though and I felt it was a bit more neutral for an everyday bag

I got my bi-colour (black and cream) Métis back in November but didn’t start using it till late April. The “hand painted” cream flowers started chipping at the corner of the bag within a month and unfortunately ,based on some threads here , it looks like I am not the only one. The worst part is the bi-colour Métis was a replacement for my reverse Métis that I had to surrender due to canvas cracking. Luckily I still have my Empriente Métis in Noir - I have had and used it for about 3 yrs now and it’s still perfect.
Since I love both Métis and Alma BB it’s a hard choice. I have decided to stay away from canvas Métis totally based on my personal experience in order to avoid potential cracking that ,according to my local boutique’s manager, is inevitable due to nature (structure) of the bag. Alma BB is great, though keep in mind it has a slightly smaller capacity, but as long as it fits your needs size-wise - it’s a beautiful classic.

But I kept wanting this! When I tried it on in the store, I decided to bring it home before another price increase makes it really difficult to add to my collection!

Though it was a somewhat bitter sweet experience (had to surrender my recently purchased bi-colour Pochette Metis due to paint chipping), I am quite pleased with my new pieces.
I already have Noe BB DA and Alma BB DE in my collection, so I know I am going to love these as well

And I gifted my DH the same bag two years ago. Despite some small wrinkling on the leather parts, the wear and tear on this bag is amazing! The hardware looks brand new, much better then on my bags. And my DH wears this bag nearly every day to work and doesn’t baby it in the way I baby mine

Your cactus looks great with it! I bought the all leather purple PO and love it. Wish they would have done more bags in the purple all over too, but love the mono with the purple. How fun to have such a great matching set. Enjoy in good health!
