Great ! yes the price is cheaper in France for sure. And even a little cheaper than in London. When I go to Paris I prefer to go to Printemps, the department store next to Galeries Lafayette. There are fewer people and we are better welcome. If I buy a luxury item I take an Uber afterwards because Paris has become dangerous for tourists and for french people too. Romanians sometimes wait for tourists at the exit of Galeries Lafayette and steal their purchases. You have to ask for an additional ordinary bag that covers the bag with the Louis Vuitton name. But Paris stays a wonderful place for luxury shopping. When will your daughter bring you the new bags ?Thanks dear!
Btw, my girl went to France last week and got me some items from Paris for me, like what you’ve mentioned, the LV price there is so much cheaper, about 30% cheaper after the VAT refund ! I wished I could buy the whole store

Wow congrats! Perhaps it’s best that you make sure the luggages with LV items are insured. My husband flew British Airways business class from London to the US two months ago and they lost his luggage with my LV goodies.
