So funny. I too prefer the Capucines over the Kelly (for me). I absolutely love the bag on other women but when I tried one on at a reseller it just didn't work for me for exactly the same reason. :heart: Also, I prefer the way the capucines looks left open as opposed to the Kelly.

This is the Bb size (according to the website it’s 10.6 inches in width which is about 27cm). My birkin bag is 30 so the size difference in terms of the width doesn’t sound like much but my Capucines feels MUCH smaller than my birkin 30 and I actually really like it because of this. I feel like they are totally different bags for different purposes and I like using my Capucines as a shoulder bag while a birkin is 100 percent a handheld bag. Even if you get a birkin in 25, I think you’d be happy having both that and a Capucines :). Sorry, I’d post a comparison pic but my birkin is at a spa right now lol

Thanks for your response and the info. What color is your Capucines?

Would love a comparison picture if you get a chance when your B is back from the spa! I have green B30 and I like hearing that they are totally different, gives me more ammunition. I was definitely impressed with the leather and quality of the Capucines- maybe another reason it reminded me of the Birkin so much.

The official name of the color is etain metallic grey. Btw I saw your icon pic after my previous post and omg your green birkin is STUNNING. A matching green capucines would be gorgeous (although, you can never go wrong with a black one either!). I was told yesterday that my birkin won’t be ready until May ish (I dropped her off in October!) :(. So I’m sure you’ll be welcoming your capucines before then ;)
